Sunday School
MPCF Sunday School Department welcomes your children to their very own classes!
Sunday School classes start at 10:00 a.m. just as the adult service starts in the
sanctuary, and goes until 12:00 noon.
Classes
Nursery 0-2
Toddler Class 2-3 yr olds
Kindergarten 4-5 yr olds
Beginner 6-7 yr olds
Primary 8-10 yr olds
Teen 11-14 yr olds
Younger Adult 15-18 yr olds
Young Adults - Out of High School
Every week, the older classes meet in the puppet show room for a morning praise
and worship time from 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. The kids enjoy this time because of "hip"
teachers who are running the sound and music. They make if fun and exciting. Plus,
there's an altar if a teen wants to pray, and designated "prayer warriors" who are
teenagers too, go up and pray with them. Many times, there's prizes awarded and fun
games added into this time.
After praise and worship, the students head up to class where the teachers have
prepared a Bible story and message on how they can apply it to their lives.
Our Sunday School is home to Heaven's
Heroes Puppet Ministry. Monkey D,
Annabell, Susie and George give a
wonderful and exciting show. They
reinforce the Bible teaching in the
children's classes with lots of fun
and energy!
Lots of crafts are made in the younger classes. They enjoy making crafts and taking
"take home" papers for their parents.
The older classes enjoy "Bible Bowl", a scripture memorization contest. One of their
favorite events is "Slime Time". They also enjoy learning basic Christan living and
serving God.
